At Khalil Elogail, all products include the standard manufacturer warranty. In addition, we offer customers the option to purchase our Khalil Elogail Protection Plan, which extends coverage for an extra one year beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
1. Protection Plan Coverage
The Protection Plan covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or performance under normal household use.
- Faults resulting solely from factory defects.
2. Exclusions
The Protection Plan does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation.
- Issues from power fluctuations, incorrect voltage, or liquid/moisture exposure.
- Consumable parts & accessories (blades, non-stick coatings, glass parts, filters, bulbs, cables, attachments).
- Cosmetic damages that do not affect performance.
3. Service Request Procedure
To request service under the Protection Plan:
- Present the defective product along with the original purchase invoice at a Khalil Elogail service center.
- Our team will inspect the item to confirm coverage.
- If the defect is not covered, we will provide you with a repair quotation before service begins.
4. Important Notes
- Repair times may vary depending on the defect type and spare parts availability.
- The Protection Plan is optional and must be purchased separately.
