When purchasing a product with a 1 year warranty from Khalil Elogail through our website or stores, the following terms and conditions apply

Our warranty policy is designed to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, while clearly outlining the conditions for product usage and maintenance services in a fair and transparent manner.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The original purchase invoice must be presented to claim warranty service (warranty details are included in the invoice).

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

  • Malfunctions caused solely by manufacturing faults.

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation.

  • Malfunctions caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, exposure to liquids or moisture.

  • Consumable parts and accessories such as: blades, gears, non-stick (Tefal) surfaces, lids, glass parts, filters, bulbs, cords, or attachments.

  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, discoloration, or dents) that does not affect product performance.

4. Conditions That Void the Warranty

  • Opening the device or attempting repairs by an unauthorized party.

  • Using the product for commercial or industrial purposes unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Damage resulting from dropping, impact, or harsh environmental conditions.

5. Service Request Procedure

  • The faulty product must be submitted along with the original invoice to Khalil Elogail authorized service center.

  • The device will be inspected to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty.

  • If the fault is not covered, a repair quote will be provided before any service is carried out.

6. Repair Duration

  • Repair time may vary depending on the type of fault and the availability of spare parts.

  • Khalil Elogail is not responsible for delays caused by spare part availability or shipping schedules.

7. General Terms

  • The customer is not entitled to a return or replacement after 14 days from the purchase date.

  • Khalil Elogail reserves the full right to deny any warranty claim in the event of violation of the stated terms.
